We are seeking a Clinical Director to join our dedicated staff. This role involves direct patient care, documentation, and collaboration with clinical teams to help ensure a safe, supportive environment for our patients.

Key Responsibilities of a Clinical Director:

- Program Development: Design and implement evidence-based treatment curriculums, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care, specifically adapted for the acute detox phase.
- Compliance & Auditing: Ensure all clinical documentation (assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes) meets the standards of ADHS (Arizona Department of Health Services) and accrediting bodies like The Joint Commission (TJC) or CARF.
- Quality Management: Lead the facility's Quality Improvement (QI) committee, analyzing patient outcomes and incident reports to improve safety and efficacy.
- Crisis Leadership: Serve as the final point of escalation for high-acuity behavioral crises, such as patients experiencing severe drug-induced psychosis or suicidal ideation.
Mandatory Qualifications
To hold this title in Arizona, you must meet specific educational and licensing criteria:
- Education: A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.

- Medicaid/AHCCCS Knowledge: Familiarity with Arizona's Medicaid system (AHCCCS) and its billing/documentation requirements.
- Bilingual Proficiency: In Tucson, the ability to speak Spanish is highly preferred and often leads to higher salary offers due to the local patient population.
