Experienced Lead Line Cook

blue grillhouse, one of Pennsylvania's upscale Paxos Restaurants, has an immediate opening for a full time, experienced Lead Line Cook. This position does require weekend and holiday work.

We are seeking motivated, energetic candidates who meet the following requirements:

• 2 years of hot line experience in a fine dining restaurant.
• Knowledge of pasta, grill and/or sauté stations is a plus.
• Available to work weekends and holidays as needed, is required.
• Proven leadership and communication skills with all team levels.
• Able to lift objects up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Report to the executive chef, stock inventory, prep/set up kitchen stations, clean and sanitize kitchen for next shift, prep high quality food (chop vegetables, cut meat, prep sauces…etc.), plating dishes according to a restaurant menu, cook menu items with the support of the kitchen staff.

Compensation will commensurate with experience.
