Job Overview

Core Centrix Movement is a high-end boutique Pilates, Yoga, and Sculpt studio opening in Palm Beach Gardens. We are seeking passionate, knowledgeable Pilates instructors who value intelligent movement, thoughtful cueing, and long-term client well-being.

This role is ideal for instructors who are committed to classical Pilates principles, enjoy working with a diverse clientele, and want to be part of a supportive, elevated studio environment with opportunities for growth.

Duties

• Lead safe, effective, and engaging Pilates sessions using classical Pilates methodology
• Teach private and/or group sessions on Mat, Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Cadillac (based on certification)
• Provide clear, thoughtful verbal and tactile cueing with attention to alignment and breath
• Modify exercises appropriately to accommodate injuries, pre/postnatal clients, and varying ability levels
• Foster a welcoming, professional, and supportive studio atmosphere
• Maintain a clean, organized, and respectful teaching space
• Build positive, long-term relationships with clients
• Collaborate with studio leadership and fellow instructors to uphold studio standards and culture

Qualifications

• Certification in Classical Pilates (Mat, Reformer, Tower, Chair, and/or Cadillac)
• Strong understanding of anatomy, alignment, and movement mechanics
• Experience teaching private and/or group Pilates sessions preferred
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused teaching style
• Passion for intelligent movement and long-term client health
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, or weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 40 per week
