Overview

Carmel Point Landscapes is seeking an experienced
Project Manager – Landscape Construction

to oversee high-end residential landscape projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role requires strong field leadership, budget control, and the ability to manage multiple custom projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage landscape construction projects from planning through completion
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors
• Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and change orders
• Conduct site walks, job meetings, and quality control inspections
• Review plans, specifications, and site conditions for constructability
• Ensure projects meet design intent, client expectations, and safety standards
• Communicate clearly with clients, designers, and internal teams
• Resolve field issues efficiently and proactively

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in landscape construction project management
• Strong understanding of grading, drainage, irrigation, hardscape, and planting
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and crews
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with project tracking tools and basic construction software
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel between job sites

Preferred

• Experience with high-end residential estates
• Background working with landscape architects and custom designs
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
