By combining innovative sales strategies with a customer-first approach, we've built strong partnerships with leading community solar providers—and now, we're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Client Enrollment Associates As a Client Enrollment Associate, you'll work face-to-face with customers, delivering a superior customer experience while guiding them through Arcadia's available plans and services to ensure they receive the solution best suited for their individual needs. We recognize the demand for affordable and accessible renewable energy options, and our mission is to provide customers with cost-effective, environmentally friendly energy alternatives, exclusive promotions, and top-tier service.
The Client Enrollment Associate will be trained to become an expert in customer outreach and clean energy initiatives, creating personalized solutions that enhance brand visibility and drive growth. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth sales process—from initial consultation to closing the sale. Prior sales or client-facing experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training that will set you up for success. Key Responsibilities of the Client Enrollment Associate:
- Engage directly with customers to educate and promote Arcadia's clean energy service options to eligible customers
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries regarding renewable energy initiatives and resolving concerns with a professional, solution-oriented approach
- Educate customers on Arcadia's latest technology and the features and benefits of community solar programs, ensuring they feel confident in their purchase
- Collaborate with internal sales and outreach marketing teams to exceed sales goals and increase market share for our clients
- Stay up to date on relevant industry trends, promotions, and new product offerings
- Maintain and manage customer accounts with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
