Description:

  • Strong Program Management with Agile experience.
  • Managing deliverables within a program.
  • Their reporting tool is Splunk.
  • Infrastructure background preferred
  • The Agile Delivery Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple Agile teams across multiple projects, programs and time zones.
  • To be successful in this role, candidate should be understanding the entire Agile Solution process, to learn, implement, and mature Lean-Agile principles and practices. This role empowers teams to become self-managing, fulfill their cross-functional potential, and have an attitude of relentless improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery –e.g. kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
  • Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams.
  • Facilitates dependency management/risk management /impediment removal for the defined deliverables.
  • Ensuring compliance to standards and providing end-to- end visibility into the health of the project, program and associated deliverables.
  • This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. They facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery
  • Provide guidance about how to create and manage an intake process, healthy backlog, and how to facilitate valuable Agile ceremonies.
  • Help teams to optimize implementation of Enterprise Agile standards and practices, and coach team members through change.
  • Help to identify and resolve organizational impediments that impact team maturity and performance.
  • Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution across teams and with stakeholders, including external teams, business partners, and other Agile Release Trains/programs.
  • Influence and guide business and technology leaders on changes that enable Agility.
  • Governance & Stakeholder Management - Contributes to artifacts needed for governance forums. Understands stakeholder expectations and creates regular updates to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Facilitates dependency management/risk management /impediment removal for the defined deliverables.
