What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide exemplary customer service to Property and Casualty insurance policyholders, agents, and lenders through inbound phone calls and electronic communications
• Interpret verbal and written communication and make appropriate decisions
• Maintain strong attention to detail in all interactions and documentation
• Support the team with effective communication and collaboration
• Assist in achieving team goals and enhancing customer satisfaction

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Active Personal Lines P&C agent license is required
• Ability to interpret verbal and written communication and make appropriate decisions
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in PC usage and keyboarding skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Spanish/bi-lingual skills are a plus
• Prior insurance agency experience, including customer service, is preferred
