Position Overview: Spa Coordinator

We're currently hiring a Spa Coordinator for an in-person, part-time role. This position is the heart of the spa's daily operations and guest experience.

You'll serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, supporting guests, maintaining smooth day-to-day flow, and assisting with light administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is warm, organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys creating a welcoming environment.

What You'll DoFront Desk & Guest Experience

• Greet guests and create a calm, welcoming check-in experience
• Manage the daily schedule and appointment flow
• Communicate with guests via phone, text, and email
• Share information about memberships and seasonal offerings
• Maintain spa cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality standards

Administrative & Operational Support

• Support the owner with light administrative and backend tasks
• Assist with inventory organization and restocking
• Help with internal communication, client follow-ups, and simple tracking
• Support occasional event prep or special projects as needed

• Enjoy both guest-facing and behind-the-scenes tasks
• Take initiative and follow through reliably
• Are tech-comfortable (experience with Zenoti and Google Drive is a plus)
• Care deeply about creating elevated wellness experiences

Experience in spa, hospitality, or guest services is strongly preferred.

Position Details:

• Hours: 20 hours per week to start
• Pay: Starting at $17/hour
• Time and a half on Sundays
