Associate Veterinarian

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join our veterinary team. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat various medical conditions in animals, ensuring comprehensive patient care
• Perform routine surgical procedures such as spays, neuters, dentals, and mass removals.
• Utilize aseptic techniques during surgical procedures and treatments to prevent infections
• Perform basic and other specialized veterinary procedures as needed
• Provide client education on pet health, nutrition, and preventive care strategies
• Maintain detailed medical records and drug logs in accordance with veterinary standards
• Ensure the safety and comfort of animals during examinations and treatments.

Qualifications

• Veterinary degree from an accredited institution; valid veterinary license required
• Active DEA license
• Proven veterinary experience with a detailed work history
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
