What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, boilers, A/C units, etc.)
• Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners in the Bethel Park and greater Pittsburgh area
• Keep accurate records and follow all safety protocols

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years + of hands-on field service experience (residential HVAC preferred)
• EPA Certification required, NATE Certification is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a "fix it right the first time" mindset
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
