About the Role
As a Property Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inbound company seller leads and generating repeat off-market seller opportunities. You will interact directly with potential home sellers, strategically presenting our value and solutions to address their unique situations.
Many homeowners are unaware of the tools and strategies we offer and would otherwise face foreclosure, prolonged selling timelines, or other unfavorable outcomes. You will analyze each property's investment potential using our tools and standards to create and present offers to clients.
You are expected to work within our CRM, maintain target call and offer volumes, and conduct site visits as required. With more than 10 active lead sources, Better Blueprint Realty provides substantial opportunities for motivated, performance-driven sales professionals.
Off-Market Responsibilities
- Sales and acquisitions
- Follow defined sales processes and build relationships with target sellers
- Call active and warm inbound leads generated through PPC and SMS marketing campaigns
- Develop relationships with real estate agents through partnership programs to generate off-market opportunities before listing
- Conduct all sales activity within the CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Conduct site visits, meet with potential sellers, inspect properties, and obtain photos/videos for marketing purposes
- Perform deal analysis to ensure target margins are met before submitting offers
- Select appropriate investment strategies based on deal analysis
- Act as the client's advocate and primary point of contact throughout the transaction
- Schedule appraisals, inspections, and photography appointments
- Walk properties during in-person appointments to gather required inspection and marketing materials
- Secure properties under contract using the appropriate home-buying solution
- Coordinate with the disposition team to ensure a smooth handoff of materials for marketing and resale
- Track and record calls, activity, and performance daily as required by your supervisor
Lead Sources
Better Blueprint Realty invests heavily in high-quality marketing to provide agents with strong deal flow. Core lead sources include:
- Real estate agents (inbound and outbound)
- Large-scale regional SMS campaigns (inbound)
- Pay-per-click digital advertising campaigns (inbound)
- Probate leads (outbound)
- Remediation companies and industry partners
- On-market property analysis and offers
- Expired and withdrawn listings
- Boutique wholesale partners
- Pocket listings
- Targeted data lists
Agents are expected to focus on lead sources designated by their supervisor, manage time efficiently, and aggressively pursue and convert all leads in accordance with the company's time management plan. Performance tracking is required to analyze lead quality and continually improve lead sources.

If a seller is unwilling to accept a cash offer, agents can pivot to brokerage solutions and earn referral fees. Agents can also earn recruiting fees by bringing new agents into the brokerage, commissions by referring clients to the mentorship program, and percentages of capital raised by referring private money investors.
Concerned about resale risk? Our company acts as the buyer, double-closes transactions, and utilizes a built-in buyer pool supported by our mentorship program. We currently have over 40 active mentees in Colorado alone seeking 1–5 deals annually, supported by our strong reputation for accuracy and execution. We know our numbers because we actively flip properties ourselves.
Mentorship
Each Property Acquisition Specialist will participate in our mentorship program and learn how to flip homes.
Management & Recruiting
- Agents who demonstrate consistent performance and can generate 3+ contracts per month may become eligible to recruit and manage a team of wholesalers
- Managing agents are eligible to receive 5% of gross commission revenue generated by the agents they manage
Vision for the Business
- Premier wholesaling operation in Colorado focused on flips, scrapes, new developments, new construction, and investment opportunities
- Complementary businesses with built-in buyers and high disposition success rates
- Target company growth to approximately 20 agents producing 2–5 deals per month within structured management systems
- A comprehensive ecosystem allowing agents to grow from new investors to portfolio owners, multifamily operators, and developers

Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably commission-based
- Strong understanding of structured sales processes and conversion metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to identify leads, follow up, overcome objections, set appointments, and close deals
- Knowledge of CRM best practices
- Experience with GoHighLevel preferred
- Must be located in Colorado (Colorado Springs to Fort Collins)
- Excellent time management skills
Compensation
- 100% commission-based compensation
- Uncapped earnings ranging from $40,000 to $900,000+ annually(Agents have earned $130,000 in their first three months)
Commission Splits (Per Calendar Month)
- 20% of gross commission: First 2 deals contracted
- 22% of gross commission: Deals 3–4 contracted
- 25% of gross commission: Deals contracted after the first 4

Long-Term Partnership Expectation
While this role is structured as a commission-based position and does not require a fixed-term of employment, our company is intentionally building long-term partnerships with team members committed to growth within our ecosystem.
Our desire and expectation is to work with Property Acquisition Specialists who view this opportunity through a minimum three-year growth horizon, allowing adequate time to build consistent deal flow, sales mastery, leadership opportunities, and hands-on investing experience.
We believe the full value of our platform, education, systems, mentorship, deal flow, and income diversification, is best realized through consistency, trust, and shared long-term vision. Candidates should approach this role as a strategic partnership rather than a short-term sales position.
Pay: $40, $900,000.00 per year
