Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee multi-channel marketing strategies that align with company goals, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and print advertising.
- Oversee all current and future GMT accounts across any/all platforms.
- Weekly online posting and site visiting when needed for videos and photos
- Help creating GMT website for potential clients to interact with.
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords to maximize reach and ROI.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that inform campaign development.
- Utilize SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings on platforms like WordPress and through HTML enhancements.
- Create compelling copy for various marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media posts, blog articles, and product descriptions.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other analytics platforms; prepare reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with product management teams to support product launches through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Manage marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and enhance customer engagement efforts.
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop advertising sales strategies that expand market reach and revenue streams.
- Oversee budgeting for marketing projects ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maintaining high-quality output.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, and multichannel strategies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation; skilled in copywriting for diverse audiences.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or similar; familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML coding is a plus.
- Strong research skills to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive messages tailored for B2B (business-to-business) audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines within budget constraints.
