Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various plumbing systems and equipment
- Assist with remodeling projects, including basic carpentry work and installation of fixtures
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including diagnosing issues and replacing parts
- Interpret and follow technical manuals to complete tasks
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites for field service work
- Assemble and install equipment according to specifications
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Experience:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Experience in plumbing service work and/or rough-in is a MUST
- Familiarity with plumbing systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for commercial driving purposes
- Maintenance Person skills for general maintenance tasks

This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. The ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and communicate effectively is essential.
