Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales and Marketing Manager in a part time W2 capacity with a clear opportunity to transition into a full time role as the business grows. This role combines lead generation and sales execution. You will be responsible for creating pipeline, engaging prospects, running sales conversations, closing deals, and coordinating onboarding with our operations team.
This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a long term leadership role and directly contribute to revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities Sales
- Handle inbound and outbound sales conversations with prospects.
- Qualify leads and understand client needs, challenges, and goals.
- Present FinAcct Solutions services clearly and confidently.
- Prepare proposals and manage pricing discussions.
- Address objections and move prospects toward decisions.
- Close new business and meet revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records including follow ups and deal progress.
- Coordinate with operations for smooth client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities Marketing
- Generate qualified leads through outbound and inbound marketing efforts.
- Execute email, LinkedIn, and direct outreach campaigns.
- Track lead sources, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Improve messaging based on real sales conversations.
- Support basic content creation such as email sequences and LinkedIn posts.
- Refine targeting and positioning for core industries.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience across B2B sales and marketing.
- Background in accounting, outsourcing, finance, or BPO services preferred.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals end to end.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfort discussing pricing, contracts, and recurring revenue.
- Experience with CRM and sales tools.
- Self driven, organized, and growth oriented.
Work Hours
This is a part time W2 role initially.
Hours will depend on pipeline activity and lead flow.
No fixed minimum weekly hours.
Availability during U.S. business hours is required.
Successful performance and business growth will lead to a full time opportunity.
Compensation
Hourly pay is $20 per hour, paid bi weekly.
