We are seeking a highly driven and versatile General Manager to serve as the operational heartbeat of our dealership. This is not a traditional oversight role—you will be the primary driver of sales, the head of finance, and the key revenue generator for the business. As the on-site leader, you will have complete ownership of the sales process from first customer contact to final funded deal, with the full support and guidance of the owner.

This is a 100% commission-based, performance-driven role—your income is directly tied to your output. There is no ceiling on your earnings. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Sales & Revenue Leadership: Act as the dealership's principal salesperson. Drive all vehicle sales, maximize front-end gross profit on every deal, and manage all customer interactions from initial inquiry to delivery.
  • Finance & Deal Structuring: Serve as the Finance Manager. Secure approvals, structure deals, and present financing options to customers. Maximize back-end profit through F&I products (service contracts, GAP, warranties, etc.). All deals must be processed via DealerCenter.
  • CRM & Lead Management: Take full ownership of the dealership's CRM system. Promptly manage, track, and convert all internet and phone leads, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
  • Operational Management: Be the "all-in-all" for daily dealership operations under the owner's guidance. Oversee lot organization, vehicle appraisals for trade-ins, and ensure a smooth sales-to-delivery process.
  • Customer & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to secure repeat business and referrals, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in both automotive sales (5+ years minimum) and automotive finance (F&I). Must have a deep understanding of deal structure, credit tiers, and lender relations.
  • Expert proficiency with dealership CRM systems and DealerCenter DMS is mandatory.
  • A verifiable track record of closing deals and maximizing both front-end and back-end profit. You are a seller and a financier, not just an administrator.
  • Self-motivated with an extreme "hustle" mentality. You thrive on 100% commission and are driven by unlimited earning potential.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate at a fast pace in a hands-on environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a significant plus.

Compensation & Structure

  • 100% Commission-Based with Uncapped Earnings: You eat what you kill. Your paycheck is a direct reflection of your performance.
  • Earn As You Sell: A transparent, aggressive commission plan based on total gross profit (front-end + back-end). The more units you sell and the more products you finance, the more you earn.
  • High-Performer Bonuses: Additional bonus incentives for exceeding monthly unit and gross profit targets.
  • Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Your presence is critical as the lead generator and deal-closer.
