We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly with customers to introduce wireless and broadband services, identify individual needs, and recommend tailored solutions that improve everyday connectivity.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience by leveraging strong product knowledge, clear communication, and solution-oriented sales support. The Customer Service Representative opportunity is ideal for someone who is outgoing, proactive, and motivated to help customers stay connected through today's technology.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers in person to answer sales questions, resolve concerns, and address service needs in a professional and timely manner
  • Train alongside experienced team members and leadership to develop strong customer service and sales skills
  • Build in-depth product knowledge to confidently educate customers and provide personalized recommendations
  • Use point-of-sale systems to create service packages and process sales transactions as needed
  • Contribute to team success by supporting onboarding and mentoring new team members
  • Participate in daily Customer Service Representative team meetings and share ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and overall sales performance

Customer Service Representative Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a customer-facing role preferred
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48, $56,000.00 per year
