Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with meals, including feeding and hydration, as needed
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in resident activities and programs, promoting socialization and engagement
• Document resident care and progress in accordance with facility policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Currently certified as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in the state of Ohio
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
