Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide clear directions for parking procedures
• Safely operate manual transmission vehicles and assist with parking in parking areas
• Retrieve vehicles promptly upon guest request, ensuring accuracy and care during handoff
• Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management to coordinate vehicle movements
• Maintain a clean and organized valet station, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties when necessary
• Assist with additional guest services such as opening doors or providing directions to enhance overall experience

Experience

• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality roles preferred but not required; a positive attitude is essential
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission vehicles is highly desirable
• Knowledge of parking regulations and layout is a plus
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with diverse guests and team members
• Experience working as a delivery driver or in dealership settings can be beneficial
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform retail math calculations when needed
