Cook/Prep

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in breakfast, lunch and Dinner and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. As the Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly by preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the whole team. This position is perfect for an experienced, reliable cook for our fast-paced environment

Duties

• Prepping for the day prior to open. Everything is made fresh and cooking orders as they come in.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and storage areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure high-quality food handling practices.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management.

Experience

• Previous experience is required from breakfast to burgers
• Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations within the food industry.
• Proficiency in using kitchen tools, including knives and other food preparation equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
