Job Overview
As a B2B Sales Representative, you'll embody our values while serving as the face of our company. You'll build genuine connections with decision-makers, communicate effectively, and present customized insurance solutions that meet their unique needs. In this role, you'll take ownership of your pipeline, turning leads into lasting partnerships. Key Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and maintain positive relationships with business clients.
  • Manage and advance prospects through the CRM pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

  • Follow up diligently and consistently to close deals and maintain relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize strategies and share feedback.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and product offerings.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the insurance sector.
  • Demonstrated ability in business development and building long-lasting client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Open to learning and adapting to new processes.
