Pay: $22–$30 per hour equivalent, Salaried Non-Exempt

Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Hardscape Foreman with strong paver installation experience to lead crews on high-end residential projects. While this role is primarily focused on pavers, the foreman must be capable of supporting other hardscape-related construction work as needed, including flatwork, edging, retaining elements, and similar landscape construction features.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands quality, pacing, and accountability on a jobsite.

What You'll Do

• Lead installation of interlocking pavers, brick, stone, and concrete flatwork
• Perform full site prep including excavation, grading, base installation, and compaction
• Layout and install paver patterns (herringbone, running bond, basket weave, etc.)
• Cut and fit materials using saws and grinders for clean finishes
• Apply joint sand (including polymeric), final compaction, and finishing details
• Lead and manage a crew, assign daily tasks, and maintain production pacing
• Operate and oversee use of compactors, skid steers, mini-excavators, levels, and hand tools
• Ensure work meets company quality and safety standards
• Communicate job progress, material needs, and issues with management
• Assist with other hardscape construction tasks as required by the company, depending on workload and project needs

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on hardscape experience with significant paver installation required
• Prior foreman or crew-lead experience preferred
• Strong understanding of base prep, drainage, elevations, and layout
• Ability to read plans and follow specifications
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors year-round
• Valid driver's license
• E-Verify compliant
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus

Pay Structure – Salaried Non-Exempt

• Guaranteed pay for 40 hours every week
• Overtime eligible when approved and worked
• Provides paycheck stability while still allowing overtime pay
