Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Java Developer located in Atlanta, GA. The Lead Java Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications using Java, Spring Framework, and microservices architecture. Core responsibilities include writing efficient code, debugging and troubleshooting software issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software solutions. The candidate will play a critical role in leading project development, ensuring best practices, and mentoring junior developers.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Software Development and Programming using Java
• Proficiency in designing and implementing Microservices architecture and working with Spring Framework
• Experience in developing scalable and maintainable applications
• Ability to lead and mentor development teams effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments is a plus
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is a strong advantage
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
