About the Opportunity:

We're hiring a working Lead Craftsman to oversee high-end residential remodeling projects — kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and full home renovations. You'll guide a small team of 2-3 equally qualified high-performing craftsmen, report directly to the superintendent, and play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly, stay on schedule, and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead residential remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to project timelines.
• Utilize hand and power tools for carpentry tasks, including frame and trim carpentry.
• Read and interpret blueprints to execute construction plans with precision.
• Perform construction estimating to manage and maintain project budgets.
• Oversee water damage restoration, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with your team, coordinating tasks to maintain a productive and professional work environment.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling.
• Strong leadership skills — you can manage a crew, spot problems early, and keep projects moving.
