The Quality Assurance Auditor is responsible for maintaining and promoting the quality objectives to the Monoflo Quality Management System standards, performing Level III and 1 st
Article inspections, conducting Quality audits outside the scope of regular QA checks, conducting dock and warehouse audits, providing sustainment of the ISO 9001 & 14001 programs and providing feedback to the QA Manager for improvement opportunities. The QA Auditor will be assigned to a regular 12-hour shift. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Performs Level III Inspections throughout the Manufacturing Floor at a frequency determined by the QA-Manager per standard work QA-085, and manually and/or electronically records inspection data as required. Will validate final checks in the First Article Verification Process. Reports inspection failures to the QA-Manager, Production Lead, and Process Technician for immediate resolution. Verifies that mold books, work instructions and inspection logs are present, complete, and updated. Ensures that all measuring and inspection equipment is functional and serviceable, and within calibration. Assists in the management of the QA-Hold Area in the control of non-conforming product per QA-069. Conducts manufacturing floor, warehouse and dock audits as directed by the QA-Manager. Assists in maintaining Monoflo's compliance to the ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 program. Performs all other duties as required to ensure a successful Quality Management System. Qualifications: The individual must have an existing and working knowledge of Monoflo's Quality Management System standards. The individual must possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in Lean Manufacturing and/or education in Quality Assurance. Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and exhibit the competence to learn. Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office (Word & Excel) required. Ability to learn and use the IQMS ERP software. Competency in the use of standard inspection, measurement, and test equipment.
