As a Data Scientist on the ACE team, you will help shape strategies across marketing, sales, distribution, pricing, and customer analytics. Job Responsibilities
Develop complex analyses to drive business change in product performance, client engagement, attrition, and customer segmentation Partner with product, finance, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects that shape strategy and deliver measurable results Consult with business partners to understand analytical needs and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations Present clear insights and recommendations directly to stakeholders, including regular opportunities to share findings and recommendations with senior executives Solve unstructured business problems and perform deep-dive analyses of customer behavior using analytic, statistical, and machine learning techniques Refine and implement the analytical learning agenda to support business objectives Leverage internal data resources to construct analytical solutions for business challenges Collaborate with technology, product, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions Continuously develop skills to deliver best-in-class analytics Apply visualization techniques to communicate findings effectively Ensure all analyses and recommendations align with business goals and compliance standards Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Hold a Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Economics, or Finance Demonstrate 3 + years of experience applying statistical and machine learning methods to real-world problems Possess 3+ years of experience with SQL and at least one analytical tool such as SAS, Python, or R (Python preferred) Show experience with data visualization techniques for analysis and presentations (Tableau preferred) Exhibit superior written, oral communication, and presentation skills Communicate concisely and effectively with all levels of management and partners Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams Solve complex, unstructured problems independently Organize and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in all analyses Maintain a commitment to continuous learning and professional development Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
