For our European distribution center, we are looking for a motivated individual as Senior Team Leader. Your Future Missions: Supervise logistics, including receiving, storage, and shipping of orders, as well as the execution of eCommerce orders. Ensure same-day shipping of orders, while adhering to deadlines and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement by optimizing warehouse layout and logistical systems. Collaborate closely with brand teams to develop efficient logistics solutions in B2B and eCommerce. Lead a committed team as a team leader, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and performance. Monitor and improve key performance indicators related to logistics and customer service. Contribute to logistics projects and lead efforts for process reengineering. Train apprentices and support staff skill development programs. Work in synergy with other team leaders to enhance overall efficiency and productivity. Profile: Federal diploma in logistics or equivalent. Your Skills: Confirmed experience in team management. Experience in engineering and process management. Knowledge of warehouse management systems for the SAP environment (EWM, X 3 and S4/Hana, KEP, AutoKEP, integrated X system). Strong problem-solving, customer focus, and stress resilience skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This position requires a proactive and entrepreneurial spirit, as well as the ability to manage complex logistics and lead cross-functional teams. Languages: For successful professional and social integration, proficiency in the following languages is highly recommended: Very good knowledge of French, German, and English.
