It is responsible for managing new construction projects as well as the entrusted real estate portfolio, which is very diverse and includes school, sports, and cultural buildings, several of which have architectural or particular value.Through its projects, the City of Bienne aims to play a role and demonstrate exemplary quality in architecture, sustainability, and responsible resource management.To lead this department, we are looking for an experienced architect with strong management skills and driven by the desire to manage and realize public projects that combine architectural quality and sustainability.Do you want to lead construction projects and complexes, from the planning phase to their completion? Are you motivated by public projects with significant exemplary value and sustainable impact? Do you care about guiding a team of professionals and fostering a shared vision? Are you comfortable with drafting clear and structured reports? Do you speak French or German and wish to evolve in a stimulating bilingual environment?
