Position Overview:

Executive Presence Solutions (EPS) is a clinician-led outpatient behavioral health practice providing integrated, evidence-based mental health services to adults. EPS is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management services as an Independent Contractor This position is intended for experienced providers who are able to practice independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary treatment team.

This position is classified as an independent contractor role and does not constitute employment with Executive Presence Solutions.

Contractual Classification:

• Independent Contractor (1099)

• Non-exclusive contractual relationship

• Contractor status maintained in compliance with IRS and Georgia Department of Labor standards

Scope of Services:

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments

• Provide medication management services within scope of licensure

• Develop and monitor treatment plans in coordination with EPS therapists

• Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and payer requirements

• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration as clinically appropriate

Professional Independence:

• Exercise independent medical and clinical judgment

• Maintain autonomy over clinical decision-making, treatment planning, and prescribing practices

• Attendance at meetings is optional unless separately contracted

Documentation & Compliance:

• Complete timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record

• Maintain compliance with Georgia licensing requirements, ethical standards, and payer regulations

• Maintain active DEA registration (if applicable)

• Carry and maintain professional liability insurance

Compensation & Practice Support:

Compensation Structure:

• Fee-for-service compensation structure, to be defined in Independent Contractor Agreement

EPS Provides:

• Furnished office space for onsite services

• Scheduling and appointment coordination

• Credentialing and payer contracting support

• Administrative infrastructure and referral coordination

• Collaborative clinical environment

Contractor Responsibilities:

• Maintain active, unrestricted Georgia APRN license and national certification

• Maintain DEA registration and prescriptive authority as required

• Maintain professional liability insurance

• Independently obtain and maintain required continuing education

• Pay all applicable federal, state, and local taxes

• Operate in a manner consistent with independent contractor status

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (APRN) in the state of Georgia

• National board certification (PMHNP preferred)

• Ability to practice independently within scope of Georgia law

• Strong clinical judgment and professional ethics

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Office-based outpatient clinical setting

• Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer
