Job Title: Maintenance/Make-ready Tech

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Based on experience

Job Duties:

• Installing flooring and trim with precision and attention to detail.
• Painting of residential and commercial properties to maintain their aesthetic appeal.
• Handling plumbing and electrical tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Participating in an on-call rotation schedule to address any emergency maintenance issues.
• Willingness to work some weekends, as required.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge and skills in flooring installation, painting, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work on-call and occasional weekends.
• HVAC experience is a plus – not required

• Ability to commute/relocate

• Amarillo, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License
