Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on AI, Cloud, and Data solutions.
• Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms to build a strong client pipeline and manage relationships effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with Abacus offerings.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design tailored solutions for clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to position Abacus as an innovative leader.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and familiarity with cloud technology tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• A proactive and goal-oriented approach to sales and client engagement.
• US citizens or Green Card holders are preferred.
