Princeton Property Management is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Technician II to maintain four of our Salem properties

About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated self-starter who enjoys working with a team and thrives in a fast-paced, flexible, and hands-on environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, values strong communication, and takes pride in delivering quality work.

We are offering $26.00 to $28.00 hourly depending on experience, including a monthly $150 auto and $50 phone reimbursement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of experience in property/apartment maintenance, including minor electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across multiple property systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Maintain clean exterior of grounds, including adjacent streets, which affects curb appeal daily.
  • Maintain common, garbage dumpster, and trash receptacle areas.
  • Complete apartment turns.
  • Complete resident maintenance requests promptly and thoroughly.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working area.
  • Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
