In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick customer orders according to pick lists, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, using appropriate materials.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Report any damaged goods or discrepancies immediately.
- Strict adherence to PPE requirements, including safety shoes and vests.
- Ability to perform Lifting of up to 50 pounds regularly.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory control principles.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A commitment to workplace safety and the ability to work in a dynamic logistics environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
