We are hiring a motivated Warehouse Associate for our facility in San Diego, California. This position is critical to our efficient logistics and distribution operations. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Efficiently stock materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders using RF scanners and other equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare shipments, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
- Expect tasks involving frequent Lifting and moving of packages and materials.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution role is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the entire shift.
- Understanding of basic warehouse logistics and inventory control principles.
- A strong commitment to Safety and willingness to follow all guidelines.
