Key Responsibilities:
- Execute regular cycle counting procedures to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
- Maintain the integrity of inventory data within our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages or overages.
- Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
- Assist with physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
- Analyze inventory trends and provide insights for improvement.
- Coordinate with receiving and shipping departments to ensure accurate material flow.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or logistics.
- Proficiency in WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Capability of lifting up to 30 pounds occasionally.
- Must comply with all safety regulations and utilize required PPE.
