We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in San Diego, California. This role is essential to our daily operations, encompassing a broad range of tasks including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and shipping. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management and logistics processes. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is highly valued. You'll be working in a dynamic team environment, contributing directly to the success of our supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and fill orders from stock with accuracy and speed.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
- Use warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Manage inventory and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and logistics.
- Inspect products for damage and report any issues.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be able to handle frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
- Commitment to safety and willingness to wear required PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
