- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Organize and store merchandise efficiently in designated locations.
- Accurately pick items according to customer orders and work orders.
- Pack products securely for shipment, ensuring protection during transit.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate manual and powered equipment as needed (with proper training).
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all work areas.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety guidelines and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE.
- Assist with inventory control activities, such as cycle counts.
- Support team members in achieving daily goals.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Basic understanding of warehouse processes and Logistics.
- Familiarity with Safety standards and best practices.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for prolonged periods.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
