Join our dynamic Fulfillment team in Omaha, Nebraska, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are looking for dedicated individuals to ensure our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. This role involves a variety of tasks critical to our logistics operations, including order picking, packing, and preparing shipments. You will be an essential part of our process, contributing to customer satisfaction through your diligence and attention to detail. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining a safe work environment, and all employees must adhere to Safety guidelines and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). If you thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or other designated tools.
- Pack items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order accuracy before preparing shipments.
- Stage outgoing orders for carriers and maintain organized shipping areas.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and workstations.
- Follow all Safety procedures and company policies diligently.
- Contribute to team goals and support other warehouse functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 30 lbs.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong commitment to Safety and following instructions.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
