Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and sort orders for shipment.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory, ensuring proper placement and organization.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all warehouse policies.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to overall team success.
- Understand and follow directions accurately for efficient logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds and manual labor tasks.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
- Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse equipment.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including potential overtime.
