Responsibilities:
- Conduct frequent cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies found in inventory records.
- Maintain and update inventory levels within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Monitor inventory accuracy and report on stock status.
- Assist with receiving and put-away to ensure correct data entry.
- Generate periodic inventory reports for management.
- Ensure all inventory items are properly organized, identified, and stored.
- Uphold all company safety standards, including the use of required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Prior experience in inventory management or a warehouse setting.
- Proficiency in using WMS software and data analysis tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Understanding of logistics best practices.
- Strong commitment to safety procedures and the wearing of PPE.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
