Lawn Squad has been proudly serving the local community for over 20 years! Our Lawn Technicians specialize in numerous facets of lawn care including fertilization, weed and pest control, aeration and seeding. We take pride in helping properties throughout Ohio look and feel their best. Our team combines years of experience with passion for lawn care to deliver results that keep lawns healthy and safe throughout every season. We make it a point to treat our customers' properties like our own and ensure that the end results not only meet but exceed their expectations. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for building relationships with individuals and businesses to sell the services provided by Lawn Squad. You (ISR) will develop and maintain positive customer relations and company image. You will be required to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals set forth by the Call Center Manager. Responsibilities: Effectively communicating the products and benefits of using Lawn Squad to both new and existing customers Field incoming/outgoing phone calls Manage your daily agenda to meet and/or exceed sales goals Respond in a timely manner to email, voicemails, and any inbound calls Use of a CRM and Dialer System and other computer programs Minimum Qualifications (Abilities, Knowledge, and Skills) Highly motivated and goal-driven Comfortable and has experience with high daily call volume Prior experience in lawn care is a plus but not required Proficiency with computer and basic computer programs Organization and multi-tasking skills are a must
