Responsibilities
Learn everything needed to be a KFH sales negotiator through the 6-month placement.
Work in a branch-based role with dedicated training from the Talent Development team and planned on-the-job training with branch directors.
Receive additional support from mentors across our branch network.
Upon successful completion of the programme, have the opportunity to join us as a permanent Sales Negotiator in one of our branches across London when a vacancy arises.

Qualifications / Attributes
Early in career or seeking a new step into property; this could be a first role in property, a graduate, or someone changing careers (e.g., from travel or hospitality).
First-rate communication skills and a commitment to delivering service with care.
