Product Owner

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, pizza-loving Product Owner to lead Pizza Hut's Restaurant Experience back of house transformation.  As a Sr. Product Owner at Pizza Hut, you are the ultimate owner of the team member experience – partnering closely with design, engineering, and data science teams to bring human-centered digital experiences to life.

In this role you will investigate and discover ways to improve team member experience in store through a digital transformation of our back-of-house technologies. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and vendor partners to improve restaurant operations with an eye towards improving user experiences. You'll also help drive forward complex, large-scale technical transformation projects as Pizza Hut modernizes its tech stack and prepares for the future.

We are looking for someone who is proficient with priority scheduling and making technical decisions. Your primary focus will be owning a technical product or platform. You will manage the day-to-day tasks for the development team and coordinate projects with the Business Product Manager. You will ensure that projects are estimated accurately and delivered on time. You will coordinate meetings and run Agile ceremonies. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, project management, and quality products is important.
