We are a fast-growing, high-volume auction company specializing in heavy equipment, fleet assets, and government surplus. As our business continues to scale, we're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting team and help keep our financial operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Process and code a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and on time
• Match invoices with purchase orders, work orders, and receiving documentation
• Prepare and process daily check runs and ACH payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Maintain organized AP records and supporting documentation
• Assist with month-end close related to accounts payable
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills
