Job Description Summary:

Pinpoint is hiring an Installation Manager to oversee our installation program, with a focus on vinyl graphics, environmental signage, and event branding. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can install at a high level, plan projects end-to-end, schedule and lead crews, and take full ownership of installation outcomes—quality, safety, on-time completion, and clean closeouts. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering exceptional results.

Primary Responsibilities:

● Own the installation function, planning, execution, quality, and closeout.

● Build and manage installation schedules (people, equipment, timing, travel) and provide clear status updates to the leadership team.

● Lead install crews on-site with strong direction, accountability, and a calm, professional presence.

● Pre-plan every install: review drawings and installation guides, verify scope, identify risks, and create a clear execution plan.

● Coordinate production readiness, materials, assets, hardware, tools, equipment, and packing.

● Perform site surveys: field measurements, photos, surface condition checks, access constraints, lift needs, and safety considerations; communicate findings.

● Install at a high level across vinyl applications (walls, windows, vehicles), signage mounting, and branded environmental graphics.

● Ensure safety compliance: OSHA standards, lift procedures, fall protection, PPE, and jobsite rules.

Skills and requirements needed to succeed:

● Minimum 8 years of installation experience, including vehicle graphics, vinyl applications, murals, and signs

● Avery Certified or similar is preferred. Additional sign-on bonus for 3m certified

● Experience with standard hand and power tools

● Willingness to travel for long periods of time and work nights and weekends as needed

● Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred

● Ability to provide creative yet practical solutions to problems on the job site

● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment that requires rapid turnaround times and focus

● Ability to work in high-elevation environments efficiently and comfortably

● Ability to easily lift 60lbs

● OSHA 10 Certified, lift operator certified, and DOT medical card

● Must have a clean driving record with the capability to drive a company vehicle

● Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and exceptional organizational and project management skills

● Must have a positive and professional attitude with high energy, yet a level-headed personality with a "can-do" attitude
