Sales Associate

About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused In-Store Sales Associate to join our furniture, design and accessories retail team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering elevated customer experiences, and who's looking to contribute to a high energy team.

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of the store — welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find products they'll love.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, personalized in-store customer experience
• Engage customers through product knowledge, styling/usage recommendations, and thoughtful conversation
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems
• Attend weekly sales meetings
• Support store promotions, events, and seasonal launches
• Collaborate with teammates to create a positive and productive store environment

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable engaging customers and initiating conversations
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and service
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75lbs if needed
• Flexible availability, including Saturdays, Sundays and some holidays.
• Degree in Design not required but preferred
