We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator (Content + Campaigns) to join our company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute multichannel marketing strategies, enhance brand visibility, and drive engagement across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing trends, possess strong content creation skills, and have experience managing integrated campaigns to support our business growth. You will be working with our bookkeeping team to help develop some ideas to create courses and online products to help our customers learn to grow their business. This person will start part time and with the right candidate can move into a full time position within 3 months or less depending on their skill level.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, print, and digital advertising.
- Create compelling content optimized for SEO to increase organic reach and improve search engine rankings.
- Manage social media marketing efforts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others to grow audience engagement.
- Utilize marketing automation tools and analytics platforms like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies.
- Oversee advertising sales initiatives, including managing Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising campaigns.
- Maintain and update the company's website using WordPress; implement HTML adjustments as needed for content presentation.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and inform content marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with product management teams on product launches and promotional activities.
- Assist in budgeting for marketing campaigns and track ROI to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Support B2B marketing efforts by developing targeted messaging for different client segments.
- Coordinate with creative teams utilizing Adobe Creative Suite for designing visual assets aligned with campaign goals.
- Write engaging copy for various marketing materials including blogs, newsletters, advertisements, and product descriptions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices, social media marketing, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing tools.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML basics, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Knowledge of multichannel marketing strategies including print advertising and performance marketing techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
