ECS is seeking a Senior Program Manager to work in our Washington, DC office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

ECS is seeking a qualified Senior Program Manager to support cybersecurity operations for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. We seek candidates committed to building teams and processes that foster high quality and provide courteous and accurate program information and support in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. The PM will oversee all contract staffing, operational delivery, contract cost, invoicing, and any other subjects needing escalation.

As Sr. PM for this mission critical project, the successful candidate will:

  • Lead program operations and service delivery for 80+ FTEs across three locations throughout the United States.
  • Provide management, control, planning, and scheduling for projects and services.
  • Provide agency management with strategic guidance and insights necessary for directing the program.
  • Maintain a flexible, responsive, and supportive work environment.
  • Provide leadership, management, oversight, control, and direction.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders, including executives, project teams, and external vendors.
  • Monitor and control program budget, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologies.
  • Provide regular program status updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Foster healthy working environment.

Salary Range: $180,000 - $215,000

Requirements:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
  • Security Clearance: Active Top Secret (TS) with SCI eligibility
  • Demonstrated relevant Cybersecurity program management experience
  • Experience successfully leading performance-based contracts
  • Expert knowledge of program management frameworks, tailoring approaches and implementing essential activities
  • Expert knowledge in scheduling resources appropriately against contract and government directed priorities
  • Ability to make program, business, and process changes; verify performance improvements through metrics
  • Expertise in managing against service levels and taking action to meet or exceed each parameter
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving excellent quality assurance goals
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills presenting material to senior Government officials
  • Ability to organize, direct, and manage task order operation support functions involving multiple complex and interrelated projects and/or tasks
  • Experience maintaining and managing client relationships at senior levels
  • Ability to work on-site 5 days a week
  • Ability to travel 2-3 times per year to visit other operational sites.
