Hotel Night Auditor

Motel 6 Roseville is under new management and currently seeking qualified applicants to join our team overnight The hours for this position are from 11p-7a.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in a dynamic hospitality environment. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service while performing essential accounting and administrative tasks. This position requires a strong background in hospitality management and excellent communication skills to enhance guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly audits of hotel financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing outstanding guest services.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Operate multi-line phone systems effectively, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel occupancy, revenue, and other key metrics for management review.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area during shifts.

Experience

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred.
• Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel accounting practices is highly desirable.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Previous experience in guest relations or customer service roles within the hospitality industry is essential.
