Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls and warm leads to identify new business opportunities within the automotive industry
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns to promote our products and services, emphasizing their value to prospective clients
- Develop and nurture relationships with automotive dealerships, service centers, and other B2B partners through effective communication and negotiation
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and update customer information accurately
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted outreach strategies that increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads
- Present technical sales solutions tailored to client needs, demonstrating a clear understanding of automotive technology products
- Maintain a high level of customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and providing detailed product information
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles, preferably within the automotive or technology sectors
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
- Demonstrated success in outbound calling and warm calling techniques to generate new leads and expand business opportunities
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends, technology sales, and marketing strategies is a plus
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to business development
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
