Restaurant Shift Opener

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Restaurant Shift Opener to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing the restaurant for daily operations, ensuring a smooth start to each shift. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for both staff and guests, setting the tone for a successful day. The Shift Opener will work early hours to ensure all opening procedures are completed efficiently and accurately.

Duties

• Unlock and secure the restaurant premises at the start of each shift
• Prepare dining areas by setting tables, arranging supplies, and ensuring cleanliness
• Conduct safety checks on equipment and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked and ready
• Verify cash registers and POS systems are operational
• Assist in opening food stations, beverage areas, and other service sections
• Coordinate with team members to communicate daily goals and updates
• Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Ensure all opening procedures comply with company standards and policies

Pay: $16.00 per hour
